As a note, the Family History Library Catalog ( on http://www.familysearch.org ) is including a link to these scanned books as they are added. You will see a very pronounced red link in the catalog entry for the book.

What's great about the Archive is the number of recent works available. They promise that in the near future "You will be able to donate a copy of your printed or digital family history and have it permanently preserved in the online collection available to researchers worldwide." As of now, donated works will be scanned, digitized, and posted for the low, low cost of .75 per page (unless you have it printed by BYU Print Services).
