Just to clarify...
The software mentioned iFeedPod runs only on Macintosh computers and requires Mac OS X 10.3.9 or Mac OS X 10.4 on that computer.
While I don't know of any, I'm sure that similar Windows software would exist that will take any RSS or Atom feed and put it onto an iPod connected to a Windows computer.

If you want to load your Ipod from an RSS feed on the windows paltform try PodPlus (http://www.purpleghost.com/ProductDetail.aspx?productid=7) formerly IpodAgent. Easy to read reviews at http://www.ipodsoft.com/
