MyFamily.com Reorganization Affects 10% of Jobs

MyFamily.com, the parent company of Ancestry.com, RootsWeb and other genealogy-related web sites, has issued lay-off notices to about 50 employees. This happened even as the company was adding new jobs in other units.

A short article in the Salt Lake Tribune web site describes the changes.
