Could you please tell me what RLG and OCLC stand for. No place in the article does it say what the intials stand for, presume they are libraries?

The announcment does mention that OCLC is the "Online Computer Library Center" and that RLG is a nonprofit organization of over 150 research libraries, archives, museums and other cultural memory institutions.
