I usually host a dinner for newsletter readers and their guests on Saturdays immediately following the close of major conferences. I hope to do that again this week after the NGS conference.
As usual, these dinners are not planned in advance, have no agenda and have no planned activities. Instead, the dinner is an informal gathering of friends and soon-to-be friends who would like to meet and chat over dinner. You certainly are invited.
As always, I do not yet know where this dinner will be or what the menu will be. Stop by this newsletter's booth in the Exhibitors' Hall to learn more as the week progresses. I can be found at Booth 809.
Most of the time we must have a confirmed list of attendees at least 24 hours in advance so the restaurant can be properly prepared to seat us all at the same time. I suspect this year will be the same. I would suggest that you add your name to the sign-up sheet list in Booth 809 no later than 5:00 PM on Friday in order to guarantee a seat.
