I heard from the AG's office again today. Apparently, I was supposed to be told--but was not--that all written position papers were also to be copied to the G&B's attorney and to the AG. While time has run out for submitting something in writing (but not for attending and speaking at the hearing), I was asked to have you post this additional information.
