Fun Stuff for Genealogists, Inc. is giving away a free registration to the National Genealogical Society national conference "Rediscover Virginia" being held May 16 - 19, 2007 at Richmond, Virginia. To enter, visit the Fun Stuff web site: http://www.FunStuffForGenealogists.com and click on the link on the front page. Simply send an e-mail as directed. One entry per person. Winner will be drawn on Thursday, May 3rd. This is for a full registration and does not include travel, meals or hotel stay. See the web site for more details.
I have been researching mostly Virginia genealogy with forages into other states occasionally now for about 20 years. I derive so much satisfaction from this and often just do it for friends for the pure fun of it. The conference is not in my budget at present, but have in the past attended several and can't say enough good things about them.

For people who live out of state, keep in mind that the conference is in Virginia, and you would be required to purchase air fare and book hotels with less than two weeks notice. You might want to leave this contest entry for the locals, or those who already registered.
