In 2008, eleven of the most prominent professional genealogists and technical experts from the U.S., England, and Ireland will share their experience and advice with several hundred family researchers while sailing to the tropical islands of the Caribbean. 1- Dick Eastman is NOT lecturing?!!
2- There is no benefit of round-trip flights since the cruise leaves from NY and ends at PR. This may preclude several from attending due to the additional cost.

1. Cyndi Howells will be talking about some technology issues but we have even more speakers than last year and there are only so many hours in the day ;-). Dick has also given six previous lectures on our cruises. He will be around for consultations, though.
2. Have you checked on the flight costs? I'm not finding any penalties for two one-way flights. San Juan has a major international airport and for me the air fare (from and to Baltimore) is less expensive than last year. About $320 for the two combined.
