Last month I published an article entitled, "Did I Marry My Cousin?" at http://blog.eogn.com/eastmans_online_genealogy/2008/01/did-i-marry-my.html. Now the United Press International is carrying a report that shows that couples who are third cousins have more children and grandchildren than other couples.
The UPI report is available at http://tinyurl.com/39m7zg.
Of course, you did not marry your own third cousin, did you? Or did you? Can you even make a list of all your third cousins? Most people cannot. If you cannot list your third cousins, how do you know that your spouse is not on the list?
