The New FamilyTreeMagazine.com

Family Tree Magazine is a popular U.S. printed magazine that also has an excellent web site. The online web site is much more than an advertisement for the printed magazine; it has that plus many other articles of its own. Now the company has revamped the web site and it does look good.

The new site allows you to browse the article archives by topic, or search the entire site from any page. Each article offers buttons to bookmark the page, share it via e-mail or social networking sites, and generate a printer-friendly version. You can even subscribe to your favorite topics via RSS.

I agree -- it is much better. I've sent them a (short) list of areas which could be improved, too. Overall, I'd give it an 8.5
