Something's Up at Footnote

The web page at www.footnote.com proclaims, "Something new is coming to Footnote soon. Very soon."

The company is very secretive. They won't even tell me and I have a RELATIONSHIP with them! But it is supposed to be big news.

I suspect I will have an announcement on Wednesday.

Hi Dick,

I noticed earlier today that Footnote.com was accepted to pitch their product at the Techcrunch 50 conference in San Francisco this week. There were over a 1,000 submissions and only 52 companies were selected to pitch their idea.

Footnote is listed in the Vertical Social Networking category and described as follows:

Footnote (CB) — For those looking to create historical records of loved ones or themselves, Footnote offers a timeline-based archive where you can upload photos and documents linked to historical databases.

I hope it is good. I am up for renewal. By the way Dick a few weeks ago you had something on here about getting a free upgrade for Family Tree Maker 2009. Well the e-mail came and when I clicked on it they said they are unable to fullfill my order - to try back. How dissapointing!!!!!
