My travel was uneventful. The nearby Hilton Hotel was nice and even had free wi-fi networking available. Free wi-fi is unusual for a Hilton. All planes flew on time and there were no surprises. I rather enjoyed using the on-board wi-fi on American Airlines. I used my new Apple iPad both ways while in the air. I noted several other passengers also were using iPads as well. The iPad much more convenient than the typical laptop when you are squeezed into an airline seat.
If you are in or near Indiana, or if you have Indiana ancestry, you might want to attend the 2011 conference of the Indiana Genealogical Society, to be held in Indianapolis. Details have not yet been finalized. However, you can check http://www.indgensoc.org/conference.php from time to time to see the latest plans.
