Henry Lee Burkhar died in World War II during the Battle of the Bulge. His family never knew where he was buried. His sister, Catherine Blevins, always said that she wished she knew where his grave was located because one day she'd like to visit. Thanks to a Belgian woman who lives near the battlefield and near the cemetery where Burkhar was buried, the family now knows here he is buried.
Catherine Blevins passed away last year, never knowing where her brother was buried. However, other family members are now planning a trip to Belgium to visit the grave site.
