While the above is fictitious, it does bring up a point that not all of our ancestors had the morals that we descendants wish they had. Further, we cannot choose our ancestors. Whatever their weaknesses, they are our ancestors and we have to accept them for whatever they were.
I always thought these were the more interesting ancestors!
