According to the show's organizers:
My thanks to Maureen Phibbs for telling me about the show.If you ever wondered about tracing your ancestors and did not know where to start, this is the place for you. It will have many exhibitors from the world of genealogy, including the National Library and the National Archives of Ireland and the Public Records Office of Northern Ireland. Genealogy experts will be on hand each day with free advice and several presentations on family and social history will be ongoing to attend in the presentations hall. There will be dozens of other exhibitors as well with genealogy/history books and magazines, family tree charts and advice on how to safely store your valuable documents.
Entrance fee to the show is €10 per person but if you email info@slp.ie you will receive a 50% discount. This €5 entrance fee then will also include free admission to The Coin and Stamp Fair and to the Over 50s show. It promises to be an enjoyable long weekend in Dublin, Ireland.
