The OGS blog at http://www.ogs.on.ca/ogsblog/ states, "Due to an incident on October 8th, 2010 caused by the ongoing renovations in the library above OGS provincial office, the office is operating at reduced capacity and may take longer than usual to respond to your correspondence and requests. We ask for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the situation and return to our usual level of service."
John Reid's Anglo-Celtic Connections blog gives more details, describing a water pipe on the floor above the OGS office that was damaged by a construction worker. Water flowed for 30 minutes before water could be shut off.
