Fewer and fewer Pearl Harbor survivors appear at the annual ceremony in Hawaii, for obvious reasons. Even the youngest survivors are now in their late eighties. This year's attendees will gather at a new $56 million center for visitors. The new center has twice the exhibition space as the old one.
