Important Yarmouth County records dating to the late 18th century are about to be turned over to the public via the Internet.
An Acadian Parish Reborn is the name of the project that presents documents from the first 50 years of Roman Catholic parish records for all of Yarmouth County. "1799 to 1849 is what we’ve chosen," said Peter Crowell, historian and archivist with the Municipality of the District of Argyle.
