I received an email message written in French from JP Flahaut, webmaster of "History Book." With the help of Google Translate, I was able to extract the following announcement although I did re-write it a bit to improve Google's grammar:
"History Book" has just created a Facebook page (in French), titled "History of France - sites and blogs." This page is open and designed to consolidate announcements have websites and blogs on the history of France:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Histoire-de-France-sites-et-blogs/348011018559505
Be among the first to click "Like" at the top of the page, and submit your press release with link to your site or blog.
The directory is also available for a free listing of your site or blog.
Thank you for the welcome you to this initiative which, I hope, will allow history buffs to share a little more common passion for the web.
Sincerely
JP Flahaut, webmaster of "History Book"
