Before publishing the article in the newsletter, I did download and read the EPUB version with my iPad Mini. However, there are a dozen or more other brands of ebook readers and I don't have all of them available here for testing purposes. In short, I don't know how to download articles and read them on all the available devices.
Luckily, ePubBud does have some rather good instructions. On simpler devices, the ePubBud gives a sentence or to describing the process. On other ebook readers, ePubBud simply provides a link to some other web page that has detailed instructions.
You can find ePubBud's article, How to Read These ePub eBooks, at http://www.epubbud.com/readers.php.
In addition, you don't even need an ebook reader. You can also read EPUB files online, using only your web browser. You can find four different methods of doing that at http://www.maketecheasier.com/4-ways-to-read-epub-books-online/2013/05/27.
