After all, how many genealogy legal blogs do you read? This one MUST be your favorite, right?
Judy Russell publishes The Legal Genealogist. It is on my "must read daily" list. She writes about legal issues that genealogists should know about. If you have not yet seen The Legal Genealogist, take a minute now and click on this link: http://www.legalgenealogist.com.
Unknown to Judy, her blog was recently listed by the American Bar Association in the ABA Journal’s Blawg 100, "the 7th annual list of the best in blogs about lawyers and the law.” As Judy writes at http://www.legalgenealogist.com/blog/2013/12/17/just-one-minute/, "In addition to the glory of being put on the list, there’s a 'beauty contest' voting aspect to this. Which means a risk of ending up — to my everlasting chagrin — ranked somewhere behind a guy who writes about trusts and estates."
In other words, the American Bar Association is running a poll asking people to vote for their favorite legal blogs. I just cast my vote and I would suggest you do the same. Which would you prefer to be named as the best legal blog in the "niche category," a legal blog that focuses on wills, estates and trusts or a legal blog that focuses on genealogy?
