Victoria Craig of Fox Business News has published an interview of Tim Sullivan, CEO of It gives an insight to the man that you won’t read in his official bio on the company’s web site.

Did you know that Tim’s first job was working for the Washington Redskins? No, he wasn’t the starting quarterback. Instead, the 14-year-old landed a job handing out towels to the team’s players at the summer training camp. He seems to have done well since then, however.

Being an open-minded and unbiased person, I found the interview of Tim Sullivan shared by this newsletter to be interesting.


This article is a reminder that ancestry is itself owned by a private equity firm (Permira – whose sole interest is making money for it’s investors). This might be behind some of the recent decisions from ancestry.


Just the kind of hard hitting, insightful piece I’d expect from Faux News. Was it a paid advertisement or just their regular level of “reporting”?

It’s of no consequence who interviewed this mogul; the alleged politics are kiddish. However, I learned little of any consequence reading the article. is still a commercial enterprise and its obvious object is to make money. Nothing wrong with that but the fees are not such that I feel comfortable subscribing.
